Dr. Samuel Jirik is a highly respected dental implant specialist with an extensive background in advanced surgical techniques and education. As an ABOI Diplomate and Board Examiner, Sam has demonstrated exceptional expertise in the field, earning recognition as an Honored Fellow of the AAID.

A former President of the AAID Southern District, Sam has been instrumental in shaping the future of implant dentistry through leadership and mentorship. He has served Full Arch Masters and ORCAA as a surgical instructor, where he shares his expertise in complex surgical procedures.

With a passion for innovation and education, Sam has lectured nationally and internationally on Guided Surgery, Digital Subperiosteal Implants, and the Management of Advanced All-On-X Complications. His commitment to excellence and patient care continues to make him a leader in his field.

Dr. Rachel Faulkner is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care, blending her professional skills with the rich tradition of excellence established by the Jirik family.

Rachel Faulkner, a Maumelle, AR native, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville before pursuing dental school at ATSU-Missouri School of Dentistry. While in dental school, Rachel distinguished herself academically, earning induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, a prestigious national honor society that recognizes excellence in the field of dentistry, and receiving a special distinction in oral medicine. Dr. Rachel devoted time to community service, working with Arkansas Missions of Mercy, Veteran focus clinics, and a dental mission trip to Panama.

Rachel’s professional journey is deeply rooted in her family’s longstanding connection with the Jirik family. Her grandfather, J.J. Faulkner collaborated closely with Dr. Jirik’s father, in their careers. Their partnership, marked by both professional work and personal friendship, saw J.J. providing glass for buildings his father designed, and later, for Dr. Jirik’s dental office. This bond extended to Rachel’s father, who, after a car accident that resulted in loss of teeth, benefited from Dr. Jirik’s pioneering work in implant dentistry. Dr. Jirik’s exceptional care transformed her father’s life, leading him to become a lifelong patient.

Growing up, Rachel witnessed firsthand the impact Dr. Jirik had on her family, fostering a deep respect for his work. While in school, Rachel had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Jirik, further solidifying her admiration for his practice. Now, as an associate dentist in Dr. Jirik’s practice, Rachel is thrilled to continue this legacy, offering general, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry to Central Arkansas.
